Meet the Team
Carolyn Harp
Carolyn serves as the lead teacher at ICMP. She has served in this role since the school’s inception in 2010. Prior to this role she served as both an administrative director and lead teacher at Monarch Christian School for 13 years.
Charisse Daco
Charisse serves as a teaching assistant at ICMP and helps students in a multitude of ways. From assisting students with class work to helping students improve with their reading and writing skills. Charisse brings a broad skill set from past roles including interning with multiple non-profit organizations.
Kenneth Harp
Kenneth is a a graduate from San Jose State University and handles all of ICMP’s administrative and policy related duties.
